Ramble Writer is Featured at drivetheamericas.com

Kelsey, one of the coordinators at Drive the Americas, contacted me a few months ago when she stumbled upon Ramble Writer.  Drive the Americas is a guide to driving North, Central, and South America.  The site includes country information, vehicle information, featured roadtrippers and tips concerning border crossings.

I was so happy to see Drive the Americas.  We aren’t the only crazies that are interested in a trip like this!  When I surf the internet, I can usually only find dated information about driving to South America from the United States.  There are very few comprehensive information sources, and it is hard to find people that are in the process of such a journey.  It is reassuring to see that there are people driving south, just like us, and that they are having a great time doing it.

  4. Hey, I see from your GPS tracker that you all beat me to N.O.! If you have time, you should have breakfast at Surrey’s Juice Bar & Restaraunt on Magazine St in the Lower Garden District. It was just down the street from my apartment when I lived there & is one of my favorite restaurants ever!
